Hybrid Workplace Suite
A key principle of all we do is that our clients own the work at the end of an implementation; not only does this give our clients the power to change their hybrid workplace in the future without incurring further costs, but it also allows them to use these resources in decision making processes elsewhere in the business.

For every client that we implement a Hybrid Workplace we build a Hybrid Workplace Suite (HWS), with the three ingredients that power their hybridisation:
Insights
Strategy
Tools
Insights
From interview sourced data regarding working preferences to competitor research, the insights sourced not only guide the initial hybrid workplace strategy but also add value to subsequent decisions too.
Tools
The parts of the HWS most likely to be used regularly, this will include essential tools such as schedulers, space booking tools and space requirement calculators. These tools may be of additional use as the organisation evolves.
Including transformation road-map and space design, this is the final agreed strategy around which an implementation would be built; helpful for day-to-day troubleshooting and understanding how to incorporate future changes.
